Payment processing is done by Paypal although a Paypal account is not required.

For your security, credit card information is not stored by us. Credit card orders require that the billing address matches the address where your statements are sent. If not, your order will be declined when you submit your order.

Orders outside the USA may require special verification. You will be contacted by Customer Service once your order is received if additional information is required.

Your contact information will NEVER be provided or sold to any third parties. Your phone number will only be used in regard to your order or delivery and NEVER for any unsolicited contact.

Sales Tax

7% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to a New Jersey address.
6% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to a Pennsylvania address.

Shipping Information

Orders of in stock items are usually shipped within five business days.

All orders are shipped Roadway Freight, from our Pennsylvania Warehouse. fully insured and require a signature upon receipt. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping to Canadian Provinces, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will need to be calculated based upon your purchase and the ship to location. You will be billed separately for shipping.

If we are unable to ship your order by the time stated, we will contact you.

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices are based on the destination State. Cost breakdown is by these regions (map):

West - $102.50
Central - $87.50
Midwest - $62.50
Southeast - $52.50
Mid-Atlantic and Northeast - $38.75

Shipping Costs when ordering more than one unit

Due to its size, each unit requires it to be shipped separately, therefore there are no cost savings when ordering two or more units.

Shipping Status and Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Gift shipments are also confirmed by e-mail to the billing e-mail address.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Order changes or cancellations may be made if the order has not shipped less a cancellation fee.

Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by contacting Customer Service.
